If these exercises are too painful, or cause discomfort, walk. Don't underestimate the power walking around the block, or even your house, can do! 

Stay hydrated

Pain relief starts from the inside. Keep your body happy and healthy with enough water. We should all be drinking half our body weight in ounces of water each day!
